I’ve invited you to this game a fair bit in advance, so I’ve no idea when it will be up and running, but I’ll keep you all updated on when it’s close to starting. This is more to get an idea of who’d be interested.
After reading snippets of Mage Noir, and playing Mage: the Awakening for quite a while, I’ve decided to have my first attempt at running a game, and, me being me, decided to throw myself in at the deep end and start with a complicated, easily broken (in the best possible way for you guys) game, which most people hate running for that very reason. Still, what’s life without a little challenge.
On the setting, you will be playing as newly awakening/awakened mages, living in the 1930’s in the city of Lost Haven, located on the north west coast of America. However, as oppose to the usual order of mages that reside more commonly in the book, the mages of this city have organised themselves as a Cosa Nostra, or Mafia, led by Don Salieri. These mages, the closest thing to a concillium in the area, are rivalled by the seers of the throne devotes led by Don Morello, both families vying for power over the city.
If you have any questions regarding the setting, character creation or concepts, or the system itself, don’t hesitate to ask, and I’ll try my best to answer them.
